Dear readers: I’ve been asked to contribute to a book about New Jersey monsters/creatures, and I was asked by the authors if I had any information about the Lake Hopatcong Monster and the Lizard Man of Great Meadows (there’s a lizard man sighting reported in Wayne, NJ too), and I was wondering if any of my fellow New Jerseyans had heard of anything about these cryptids or perhaps had a first- or second-hand account of an encounter or a sighting. Read further if you think you can help. Thanks!

Mystery animals, alien big cats, thunderbirds, pterodactyls, and other cryptids appearing in highly populated areas? What are we to make of such reports? Are sightings of anomalous creatures in our own backyards simply misidentification or hoaxes, or are we seeing something real? I have no idea, but I’ve got a few opinions as to what the possible explanation could be…

Did she really see these little guys, or was she drinking too much glogg? Read on and find out!

My mother was the greatest influence in my life, and was a wonderful human being. She was also known as a gifted intuitive who frequently had highly accurate premonitions and precognitive dreams. My mom’s experiences were one of the primary reasons why I’ve had an interest in the unknown. Read more about her experiences here.
